Roseann Shaw - Paralegal/Office Manager
Roseann is a 1976 graduate of the Winona State University Paralegal Program, an ABA- accredited paralegal program. Prior to joining the staff of Robertson, Blahnik & Nelson in 1980, Roseann worked for 3 years at the Winona County Court Administrator's office. In addition to working with the attorneys on all types of cases, Roseann gives the office staff direction and support.

Jeanne Merchlewitz - Legal Assistant
Jeanne is a 1978 graduate of the Legal Secretary program at Minnesota State College- Southeast Technical. With over 22 years of experience, Jeanne has become a skilled and proficient legal assistant for Mr. Blahnik.

Judith Stoltman - Legal Assistant
Judith is a 1997 graduate of Winona State University with a degree in Political Science. Judith provides valuable assistance to Mr. Nelson in the management of his caseload.

Joan Hermsen - Administrative Assistant
Joan joined the support staff of Robertson, Blahnik & Nelson in 1997 after working for 11 years in the banking industry. Joan works primarily in the real estate practice area of the law firm.
